I had a unique problem with a leak in the upstairs bathroom at the shower/tub. It would have never crossed my mind that the leak was due to a broken/ worn out seal at the bathtub spout but Roland new it and fixed it. Without this small but crucial repair the drywall to the kitchen ceiling would've been destroyed. I would definitely call ER Tankless Water Heaters and Plumbing again!
